Phil Hinkel

Phil has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry and is a graduate of CSU Sacramento with a degree in Business. Phil took the reigns of UBS in August 2005 after working for the company since 1993. Phil is proud of the company's good reputation and the loyal staff.

Cecil Macugay

Cecil is usually the first point of contact when you call UBS Mechanical. Cecil’s duties include; dispatching, scheduling the technicians and sub-contractors, estimating jobs and acquiring material needed for jobs. Cecil has been with the company since 2006 and really enjoys interacting with all the customers.

Bill Tautfest

Bill has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC field. Mr. Tautfest is responsible for bidding the larger construction jobs for Commercial and Residential projects. As a former branch manager for Honeywell and former owner of United Building Services, Bill brings a large amount of experience and knowledge to the table.

James Bella

James has worked in the HVAC field for over 20 years and is NATE certified. James has been with UBS since 2004 and is responsible for residential and light commercial service and installation. In addition, James has a construction background and is one of the best troubleshooters.

James Hannah

With 25 years experience under his belt in the HVAC field, Jim has seen it all. Jim has been with the company since April 1993. Jim performs service calls in the field and assists any technical issues the other technicians may have.

Randy Dorr

Randy has been with UBS Mechanical for over two years but has over 15 years of experience in the HVAC field. Randy is NATE Certified and has extensive knowledge of multiple systems.

Ray Penunuri

Ray has worked in the HVAC field for 7 years and is always willing to learn new things every day. Ray handles everything from ductwork installations to service work. Ray's great energy level and positive attitude helps get jobs done effectively.

Greg Taluban

Greg is a student at CSU Sacramento studying Business Administration. Greg gives us some "muscle" in the field when needed and runs parts and equipment to the technicians.
