I had first called a company who was listed as 24/7 in the yellow pages.  After not hearing from that company after 2.5 hours, I called your company.  It was probably less than 20 minutes when Raymond called and said he was working on another job, but as soon as he finished he would call me back and let me know what time he would arrive at my mother's house in West Sacramento.  I live in Woodland and was trying to do everything by telephone.  Raymond came to the home and as soon as he found the problem he called me and let me know that he would not be able to order the part until Monday.  On Monday I talked to Cecil and he told me the price that one company wanted and said your company would try somewhere else to get a cheaper price.  This I really appreciated as my mother is on a fixed income from a reverse mortgage on her home.

On Tuesday, Raymond called me and said he had installed the fan and everything was up and working.  Once again, I cannot thank Raymond and your company for responding to my call so fast when the other company never called back.

I am relieved that we now have a company we can call in any emergency with my mother's heating/air conditioner.  Thank you.
